Plan to join us for our Spring meeting on Saturday, April 27! We'll be at the Holiday Inn Express in Astoria for a technical session and lunch, then go to Hampton Lumber in Warrenton to see their new continuous kiln! Robert Weithofer of Valutec will explain the unique operation and benefits of a continuous kiln. Mike Milota of Wood Moisture Solutions will explain "psychrometrics", the properties of vapors in the kiln. Steve Carroll of Watercare will discuss the importance of condensate drip legs, and Harry Estlow ("never quite retired") will moderate a Q&A session. Looking forward to seeing you in April!

Mike Milota has re-created his Lumber Drying Workshop in an online format! You can now learn the secrets of successful lumber drying from the comfort of home! Push the lower button on the Links page to check it out. Mike will update the website each year as the Workshop dates approach.

2024 Membership Dues
As we are now able to resume our meetings, we will begin collecting dues for 2024 membership. Your dues pay for meeting arrangements (including lunch) and maintenance of the website. It's a great value!
